Duties:
- Prepare reports and analysis on marketing campaigns and assist in the execution of subscriber retention and loyalty programs
- Responsible for the below-the-line communications for the Company, such as the Website, EDM and Newsletter
- Design retention offers based on customer segmentation and financial analysis
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely deliveries

Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 1 year working experience
- Relevant experience in Marketing field is preferred
- Excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Duties:
- Provide field installation and support for the SMATV, CABD and satellite network
- Perform maintenance service for SMATV, CABD and satellite network

Requirements:
-Diploma or above in Engineering, or related discipline
-Valid driving license (Class1 & 2) and certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)
-Good communication skills
-Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Technician

Duties:
- Responsible for promoting Pay TV service
- Develop consumer sales and promotion opportunities via the corporate channel

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years experience in sales
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC application (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Aggressive, self confident and with good communications skills

Duties:
- Handle and reconcile customer payments
- Update customer profile & filing
- Handle customer request and enquiry
- Liaise with internal departments and collection agencies to facilitate credit control process
- Prepare report to Manager

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English & Chinese
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Basic computer applications
- Proficient in Chinese Word Processing
- Shift duty is required
- ** Fresh graduate will also be considered **
